Export Reservations to CSV

Simple Bike Rental allows you to export reservation data in CSV format directly from the WordPress admin dashboard.

This feature is useful for analyzing booking data, creating reports, or working with your rental information in external software such as Excel or other spreadsheet applications.

Access the Export Page

Open the Simple Bike Rental reservations page from the WordPress admin dashboard.

At the top of the page, you will find the Export button.

Clicking the button will take you to the Export Reservations page, where you can choose which reservations to include in the CSV file.

Filter Reservations

Before exporting your data, you can apply several filters.

Reservations can be filtered by:

  • reservation status
  • rental type
  • date range

This allows you to export only the data you need, for example confirmed reservations within a specific period or bookings for a particular rental type.

Download the CSV File

After setting the desired filters, you can generate and download the CSV file immediately.

The file contains the main information related to the reservations that match the selected criteria and can be opened with Excel or any other software compatible with the CSV format.

What Can You Use the CSV Export For?

The CSV export can be useful for:

  • analyzing reservations;
  • creating administrative reports;
  • archiving reservation data;
  • processing data with Excel or other spreadsheet applications;
  • using reservation information in other tools or internal workflows.

The export feature can be useful whether you manage just a few bicycles or a larger rental fleet.
