Add bicycles

Go to Bicycles → Add new bicycle to enter the models available for rental.

Fields to be filled in

  • Bicycle name (e.g. "E-Bike Trekking 250W").
  • Description (optional but useful for distinguishing similar models).
  • Bicycle type (for example: MTB, City Bike, E-Bike).
  • Details URL (the URL of the individual bike page).
  • Daily rate
  • Hourly rate
  • Enable multi-day (optional) Enable multi-day rentals for this bicycle.
  • Multi-day discount (%) (optional) leave 0 if you do not want to apply the discount.
  • Discount applies from day (Minimum number of days required for the discount to be applied).
  • Rounding for multiple days (Determines how to round the multi-day total after applying discounts and calculations, available options: standard, up, down).
  • Rounding accuracy (Number of decimals to keep in the total).
  • Image (I recommend using square images for a uniform layout).
  • Available quantity (if you have multiple identical units of the same model).

Click Add a bicycle to save it. The bicycle will immediately appear in the catalog and will be usable in the frontend module.
