• Is it possible to make reservations for multiple days?

  Yes. Multi-day rentals are available starting with version 1.3.2 of Simple Bike Rental Pro. This feature allows you to reserve the same bicycle for multiple consecutive days and also includes the option to automatically apply a percentage discount when a minimum number of days is exceeded, which is fully configurable in the plugin settings.

• Does the plugin support multiple locations?

  No. Simple Bike Rental Pro was designed with a clear goal: to remain simple and easy to use, without the complexity typical of enterprise systems. Each plugin installation manages a single location and a single inventory of bicycles. If you have multiple locations, the most straightforward solution is to create multiple WordPress installations (or a multisite) and activate a separate license for each one.

• Is it possible to manage multiple bicycles with a single booking?

  Yes. Starting from version 2.0.0, Simple Bike Rental Pro supports multiple bicycles within a single reservation. Customers can select the quantity directly during the booking process, making it easier to rent multiple bikes of the same model in one order.

  This feature keeps the booking experience simple while providing more flexibility for both customers and administrators.

• Can I customize the confirmation emails?

  Yes. From the Settings page, you can edit the text of email notifications and insert placeholders to display booking details, such as customer name, dates, and accessories.

• Does the plugin only support payments with Stripe?

  Yes. Simple Bike Rental Pro integrates exclusively with Stripe. You can easily enable or disable online payments with just one click in the settings. If you disable payments, reservations will still be recorded and confirmed via email, without any online payment.

• Can I receive partial payments?

  Yes. Version 1.4.0 of Simple Bike Rental Pro introduces a new option that allows you to accept partial payments. In the admin settings, you can choose to require a deposit as a percentage (e.g., 20%) or as a fixed amount. find out more →

• Can I disable the rental of accessories?

  Of course. The accessories are optional: simply click in the settings to enable or disable them.

• Is registration required to make a booking?

  No. No registration is required: anyone can book a bike in just a few clicks, without needing to create an account. This makes the experience much simpler and faster for the user, who doesn’t need to remember passwords or fill out long forms.

  If online payments are disabled, the system still sends a confirmation email with a secure token. The customer must click on the link to validate the reservation. This way, we avoid fake reservations.

  Additionally, reservations not confirmed within a certain time limit are automatically deleted, ensuring the calendar remains clean and reliable.

• Can I export the reservations?

  Yes. There is an option to export in CSV format, which is useful for reports, external analysis, or exporting contacts.

• How does the license work?

  The license is valid for life for each domain, with no annual renewals. If you use WordPress Multisite or multiple installations, you will need a separate license for each domain or subdomain.

• Is the plugin available in multiple languages?

  Yes. Simple Bike Rental Pro is ready for translation: it includes .pot files and is compatible with major translation plugins, such as Loco Translate or WPML. You can easily translate all the plugin strings into your preferred language.

• Can it be used to rent items other than bicycles?

  The plugin was designed with a clear goal: to manage bicycle rentals in the simplest and most effective way possible. That’s why our motto is “Book a bike. That’s it.”

  That said, some users are already creatively using it for other types of rentals, such as equipment or LED panels. It’s not our primary focus, but if your use case is similar, you might still find this solution useful.

• Does it work with any WordPress theme?

  Yes. Simple Bike Rental is developed according to WordPress standards, so it works with the vast majority of themes, including those created with page builders like Bricks, Oxygen, Divi, Elementor, and more.

  The booking form is inserted using a shortcode, allowing it to be added to any page or section of the site. In some cases, a minor style adjustment (CSS) may be needed to seamlessly integrate with the theme’s design, but the operational logic remains unchanged.

  It doesn’t rely on heavy external frameworks, so it doesn’t slow down the site.
