Refund Policy

This refund policy applies to all digital products sold through this website and managed through the Gumroad platform.

Refund Period

I offer a refund window of 14 days from the date of purchase. Beyond this period, refunds are no longer available.

Types of Refunds

1. Full refund

A 100% refund is provided in the following cases:

  • The plugin has a demonstrable technical malfunction attributable to the product.
  • The customer encounters a real problem that cannot be solved within a reasonable time.
  • The product does not work as described in the official documentation or information pages.

What is NOT a reason for a full refund:

  • The plugin does not include additional features that are not promised or documented.
  • The customer purchased the product without reading the documentation and subsequently discovers that it does not correspond to undeclared personal needs.
  • The plugin works correctly but the customer changes their mind.

Note: When the problem is actually attributable to the plugin, no partial refund is required: a full refund will be issued directly.

2. Partial refund

A partial refund is applied in cases where:

  • The customer is dissatisfied but does not provide valid or verifiable technical reasons.
  • The plugin works correctly and as described in the documentation, but the customer decides not to use it anymore.
  • Dissatisfaction stems from expectations that are unrealistic or inconsistent with the features indicated on the site.
  • The product has been used correctly and has no technical problems.

In these situations, for mutual fairness, a partial refund is offered, which allows the customer to be assisted by limiting the loss due to Gumroad’s non-refundable commissions.

3. No refunds are provided

Refunds cannot be issued in cases where:

  • More than 14 days have passed since the purchase.
  • The customer does not cooperate in verifying any technical problems.
  • The plugin has been modified in an unexpected way that compromises its operation.
  • The customer attempts to use the license on multiple domains beyond the allowed limit.

Refund costs

The fees charged by Gumroad (about 10% + payment costs) are not returned to the seller. For this reason:

  • a full refund entails a loss equal to the commissions;
  • a partial refund allows you to reduce this loss while still maintaining a gesture of goodwill towards the customer.

How to request a refund

To request a refund (total or partial), simply contact me via the support form, specifying:

the email address used for the purchase

  • Gumroad order number
  • description of the problem or reason for the request

I will reply as soon as possible and do my best to find the most suitable solution.
